KKR Sells Stake in Company; Café Coffee Day Enterprises up 2%

On Tuesday, the shares of Café Coffee Day Enterprises added 2.4 percent. The reason behind this is that the KKR Mauritious has sold 5.9 percent stake in the company.
The KKR Mauritious was holding 5.9 percent stake in the company. It raised Rs 405 crore of the company.
On Tuesday, the KKR Mauritious PE Investments II has sold 90,00,000 shares. The price per share is Rs 324.25. On NSE, the company also sold 35,00,000 shares at Rs 324.64.
KKR Mauritious PE Investments II was owning 2,18,26,912 equity shares according to the shareholding pattern on December 2017. Total 10.33 percent of the stakes were owned by KKR Mauritious in Coffee Day Enterprises.
On the other hand, the director at Coffee Day Global Limited, Malavika Hegde also bought 55,00,000 shares of the company. The price per share is Rs 324.
On the BSE, at 10:46 hrs Coffee Day Enterprises was quoting at Rs 322.50, up Rs 4.05, or 1.27 percent.
