Take one large size sweet potato and slice it lengthwise into thin strips. Now toss with 2 teaspoons olive oil. Put the temperature at 150 degree Celsius and let it roast until crisp and golden brown. Approximately it will take 20 minutes. Season with sea salt. You can also store the leftovers in an airtight container up to three days.
- Tomato Pizzas:
Take the pizza bread and put half 3 mid-sized tomatoes on it. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese on top of it. Now bake the bread until golden, for 1-2 minutes. You can add ½ teaspoon Balsamic vinegar and scatter 1 teaspoon sliced basil on top as per your taste. It is good option for those who are dieting.
