5 Things to do Every Day Before Breakfast
Who doesn’t like a fresh start to a day? Following are the five ways in which you can have a productive and an energetic day.
- Wake up early
Waking up early gives you extra time so that you can relax and leave for work in the right state of mind. It might be a difficult task for most people but as they say no pain no gain.
- Start your day with few words of gratitude
Instead of complaining about petty things, be grateful for a new day in the morning so that it sets the tone of the day. Just thank God for a new day for a couple of minutes.
You don’t have to spend an hour sitting in one position with eyes closed instead just relax for 5 minutes and focus on things that are important for the day. This will increase your concentration and make your day more productive.
Take out time for 20-30 minutes of moderate exercising. Try to do exercises in the morning so that any extra time in the office wouldn’t be an excuse for not been able to do exercises in the evening.

This checklist would be a reminder of all the things you need to take care of in the entire day and you would not miss out on anything.
