102 Not Out’s poster out: quirkiness alive with cool Amitabh Bachchan and old school Rishi Kapoor
102 Not Out has been catching everyone’s attention since the makers introduced the lead cast, the iconic Amitabh Bachchan and the incredibly talented Rishi Kapoor, in incredibly unrecognizable avatars. The most unusual love story of father-son marks reunite of Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor after 27 years. Undoubtedly they are going to be playing most unique characters. Now the makers have released a quirky poster with the tagline, “Baap Cool, Beta Old school”. Amitabh Bachchan is seen laughing over something while Rishi Kapoor is seen coming out of a cracked egg looking not-so-amused.

The tagline is referring the story of the teaser gave us a glimpse. In the teaser, Amitabh Bachchan is delighted to say that he will be the first father who will be sending his son to an old age home! At the age of 102, Amitabh Bachchan is in love with life whereas Rishi Kapoor at 75 seems to be more thoughtful and derisive. They perfectly compliment each other. Directed by Umesh Shukla and is written by Soumya Joshi, the film will be released on May 4. Director Umesh Shukla shares his experience on working with Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor in an interview, “Amitji and Rishiji are collaborating after 26 years. They are playing Gujarati characters for the first time. Being a Gujarati myself, I had certain references in my mind which we used to create their look.”
